Abstract:
A dynamic response model of fume temperature change in the hearth was established based on the law of energy conservation. The results of the model and its verifying reveal that influence degree of fume temperature change in the hearth from the disturbance of heavy oil mass flux or the disturbance of consuming coefficient of combustion-supporting air is much greater than that from the disturbance of oxygenation air mass flux when all of their disturbance are 10% of their static value.Furthermore, the value of heat inertia in the hearth of copper refining rotary anode furnace in the reduction phase is so big that smoke temperature change can not quickly respond to the disturbance. The model is more beneficial to on-line control and operation optimum of copper refining course.
