| Abstract: |
| In the light of lagging technique and equipment for preparation of petroleum fracturing liquid,Beijing Development Center of Plant Gum has developed a mixing truck for quick preparation of the fracturing liquid.The truck has a function of continuous matrix preparation and maximal mixing rate of 1.5m~3/min.The prepared matrix-liquid has homogeneous gum-powder dispersion and a narrow range of viscosity fluctuation. The viscosity of prepared matrix is up to 90% of laboratory viscosity.Through commercial tests conducted in Daqing Oil Field,the technical performance of the truck was examined. The testing results have proved that the performance of the truck is in conformity with the design demands. |
