| Abstract: |
| In order to ameliorate the corrosion-resistant property,mechanical property and appearance of the galvanized coatings,trace elements such as Ti,In,Ge,RE and so on were introduced into hot galvanizing RA alloys.The introductions improve the plastic deformation,corrosion-resistant properties of RA,and also fine its crystal grains.Moreover,the corrosion-resistant properties of the galvanized coatings using RA alloys are further improved with much even galvanizing coatings and improved mechanical property,and as a result,the corrosion-resistant is six to ten times of that of ordinary galvanized coatings treated by using Zn-0.2% Al alloys. |
