| Abstract: |
| NdFeB magnet is ready to rust and oxidize,though it is of excellent magnetic properties.This restricts its use to limited fields,and as a result,a kind of new magnet is in urgent need.The paper presents rubber-NdFeB and rubber-NdFeN bonding magnet prepared by using the same manufacturing processes. Observation of these two kinds of magnets after rust-experiment under rust-circumstance, it was found that rubber-NdFeB magnet is ready for rust-erosion;whereas rubber-NdFeN doesn't show any rust-phenomenon,and moreover,the newly prepared rubber-NdFeN magnet is of higher tensile strength plus preferably extending ratio and lower production cost. |
