| Application of BENTLY3300 eddy current shaft vibration measurement to oxygen making system in Handan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. was introduced followed by a detailed discussion on the work of how to meet the special requirements of the oxygen machine in the measurement case in views of its work principles, system designing, site installation and so on. The assessment results show that eddy current vibration system overcomes some difficulties like high body temperature, strong soot and firm fixing structure. The system resulted in a high precision of measurement with timely data transmission, less error alarm and less shut down of error interlock, and therefore, guaranteed the running in safety. |
