| In this paper,the structure and principle of cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column are introduced.Tests of separating fluorite from Shizhuyuan tailings discharged from its tungsten beneficiation were performed by using a laboratory-scale cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column.The separation produced a concentrate with fluorite content greater than 96%.Under the similar operation conditions,the separation performance,presented by conventional flotation cells through one rougher flotation with eight stage cleanings,could be achieved by one rougher operation with three stage cleanings through cyclonic-static micro-bubble column flotation.The employment of column flotation could greatly simplify the separation flowsheet,resulting in a reduction of operating costs.Column flotation has a wide application prospect in recovering fluorite. |
