Abstract:
      Simple relationship among the fractal dimensions of comminuted particle distribution,the reduction ratio and the probability of fragmentation was derived from the fundamental concepts of fractal and fractal dimension. Starting from the relationship between the energy consumption and the fractal dimensions of particle surface,the relationship between the energy consumption and the fractal of comminuted particle distribution was obtained, and meanwhile, the fractal dimensions of the energy consumption were also obtained. When the fractal dimensions of comminuted particle distribution was smaller than about 0.89, the energy consumption presented the feature of nature fractal. The experiment result confirmed the practical character of the induced formula.
