| Abstract: |
| Experimental research on the treatment of Sn-bearing iron concentrates for tin removal were performed by reductive roasting.Under optimum conditions the contents of iron,in the pellets of roasted iron concentrate were about 67%,with the zinc and tin contents both less than 0.01%.The volatilization rate of Sn was more than 98% and that of zinc was more than 96%.The comprehensive strength of the pellet was more than 170kg,and the falling strength at 0.5 meter high was more than 50 times.Reductive roasting is an effective solution to treating the iron concentrate with high contents of Sn and Zn. |
