| Abstract: |
| Based on the characteristics of the fenugreek bean structure,the new technology and equipment for fenugreek splits were put forward.The technology valued for the step processing,according to the bean constitutes.The novel embryo grains separation equipment and grind equipment were developed,which improved the recovery and purity for fenugreek splits.Adopted the technology,the recovery ratio of fenugreek splits reached above 90% and the fenugreek gum had different level viscosity of 4590mPas.Especially the product of viscosity80mPas and the insoluble10% achieved the national criterion of petroleum. |
