| Impurity content and copper grade are the important factors in distinguishing cathode copper quality.So how to standardize sampling and analyzing is the key point during cathode trading.It introduces a new automated punch system,which developed by Moumt ISA Mine Townsville Copper Refinery Ltd., Australia.It can provide representative sample of cathode copper and accurate analysis results(ppb) combining with glow discharge mass spectrum.So it can meet both manufacturer and customers' requirements.Comparing with other technologies,this system is worthy of being popularized. |
