| The EDS of the known minerals can be synthesized with the aid of software which has been attached in the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The uncommon minerals,which are encountered during the analysis of SEM,can be identified and named quickly with these synthetic spectra as the standard.Besides,the more detail information of mineral interested can be referred on-line. |
