| Abstract: |
| The processing of equivalent lead conic spiral by using normal milling machine is a hard job. The paper, by taking diehead for example, elaborated the milling processing of equivalent lead conic spiral in terms of its forming theory of equivalent lead conic spiral, the configuration of gear change, the selecting cutter, and together with that procedures in the processing is carefully introduced. The processing precision and surface quality of diehead spiral gear are improved, resulting in an improvement in the quality of aluminum electrolysis carbon anode, by which higher efficiency and lower cost are reached. |
