| Abstract: |
| Viscosity is an important performance factor of plant gum. Product with high viscosity finds wide application.The method of increasing the viscosity through breaking the cell wall is put forward in this paper. The improved design of the grinding machine for producing plant gum and the key factor of affecting the product nature are introduced and analyzed, in hope to improve the grinding machine performance and the product quality. |
