| Abstract: |
| For improving the quality of emulsifier the essential factors of production affecting the quality of emulsifier span-80 was studied and analyzed in detail by analyzing the production practice.Proper ways of improving the emulsifier Span-80 were found,such as the way of selecting proper mole ratio of acid to alcohol choice,guaranteeing the quality of raw materials(i.e.the mountain pear alcohol and oleic acid),increasing the vacuum value during production,the controlling of and rising speed of temperature and limiting value during the mountain pear alcohol dewatering and esterifying,as well as selecting proper catalyst dosing.Furthermore,the paper put forward some opinions on how to improve the quality of emulsifier Span-80.The technology presented in this paper has been used in the existing production and good results have been achieved. |
