Abstract:
      Systematic test research of optimizing parameters for processing certain Zn-Fe polymetallic ores has been done in this paper. The separation indices show that, the collector ZC newly developed has better selectivity and stronger ability for collecting sphalerite. Adopting floatation-magnetic flowsheet in the conditions of optimized parameters, the best separation indices of Zn and Fe have been obtained in closed circuit tests. The grade and recovery of the Zn concentrate are 59.19 % and 98.06 % respectively. The grade and recovery of the Fe concentrate are 65.30 % and 66.32 % respectively. Both Ag and In are enriched in Zn concentrate, and their recoveries are 96.28% and 71.32% respectively.
