Abstract:
      PHA is an aggregate formed by several process hazard analysis technologies and can be used to control HSE and reliability risk on engineering project. A problem is found that framework of PHA are not proper so that the output of it, the risk control proposal cannot be adopted better. The consequence is uncertain performance of risk management. So an integration of PHA developed to integrate and optimize technologies resources for managing HSE and reliability risk is HAZOP/FMEA, and it is able to improve the performance and increate the value of single technology, and finally to reduce management risk for HSE and reliability on engineering project.
