| Abstract: |
| The categories of the bacteria and its leaching mechanism are key factors for the bioleaching of low-grade ore. The bacteria are divided into three kinds, mesophile, moderate thermophile and thermophile. Provide a foundation for the choice of bacteria. Over the last decades, there has been a debate concerning about the interaction of bacteria and minerals. Three interaction mechanisms are accepted popularly, direct mechanism, indirect mechanism, and direct-indirect mechanism. In this paper, the bacteria are divided into two kinds, attached bacteria and bacteria in the bulk solution. Indirect-contact indirectrdirect mechanism are proposed. The main interactive mechanism are analyzed under several conditions. |
