| The main preparing methods of SiCw and SiC_P are chemically-vapour-deposited(CVD),pour-liquid-solid(VLS) and vapour-solid(VS).SiCw and SiC_P are of good properties,such as low density,high melting point,high strength and modulus,high hardness,low themale expansion coefficient and high corrosion resistance,which make it used as the reinforcement material of metal and ceramic.In this paper,SiCw and SiC_P are fabricated in mini-heat source furnace by VLS method,their performances of crystallography and morphology are studied by SEM,XRD,Zeta potential. |
