| From the introduction for concept of Construction Project Supply China(CPSC) based on Partnering,Discuss that the partners of a project supplying chain based on partnering should give high priority to the benefits of project supplying chain and have an equal,trustful and cooperative work relationship in the paper.It expatiates the importance of creating a learning culture for CPSC based on partnering,and points out learning from experience,continuous improvement and a learning climate are the key factors for a learning culture. |
