| Abstract: |
| The characteristic of the refractory oxidized copper ore is the high oxidation ratio,the high combination ratio,the low grade of raw ore,it can't reach ideal target by flotation.Based on this characteristic and in order to improve the copper concentrate target,we propose the step-by-step preferential flotation scheme.Middling ore regrinding,leaching,without grinding be compared,we find the middling ore leaching is the best.The new technology character is that preferred sulphide copper and oxidized copper is recovered firstly through the step-by-step preferential flotation,over grinding is prevented to these minerals;Middling ore leaching can improve the copper concentrate grade and recovery,at last the copper concentrate grade reaches 26.35%,the recovery reaches 70%. |
