| Abstract: |
| Cobalt waste materials have been become the main source of cobalt production. Based on the detail experimental works, hydrometallurgical process is developed and built a factory with scale of 100 tCo/a. The average extraction of cobalt is more than 92% . The contents of impurities in cobalt oxalate are all less than 0. 002 %. |
