Abstract:
The hydration reaction by microbial method is the key of the procedure for acrylamide production from acrylonltrile. The paper studies the enzyme catalytic kinetics and deactivation kinetics of nitrile hydratase in the type of free cell. Firstly the effects of the temperature, pH and the concentration of acrylonitrile, acrylamide and cell on the activity of nitrile hydratase are investigated. The results show that the temperature and the concentration of acrylamide are the most important factors, the activation energy of the hydration reaction and the deactivation energy for nitrile hydratase are 60.87kJ/mol, 89.36 kJ/mol respectively.
