| Abstract: |
| It is studied that the mechanism of extracting potassium from the potassium-rich shale sample in Caoyang using sulfuric-fluoric mixed acid. It is determined the main mechanism of decompounding silicate by fluoride. Phase analysis results of the water-insoluble substance after extracting potassium in the optimal condition show the extracting ratio of potassium reaching 94. 028 % by XRD. And the main reaction process of fluorhydric acid and mineral contained potassium such as feldspar and muscovite, in the potassium-rich shale is confirmed. At the same time, main reactions are calculated and analysed in thermodynamics method, which is a spontaneous process. |
