| Abstract: |
| Underground dump trucks are major equipment for underground mining and transporting. It is more and more important to use underground dump trucks for long distance transportation. The obvious advantages, such as good dynamic performance, strong accessibility, flexibility and economy, make the underground dump trucks being widely used at domestic and abroad. In this paper, the calculation and selection on technical parameters are analyzed while designing underground dump trucks, and the detail studies on power transmission, steering, hydraulic, braking systems and braking procedure are carried out. These results will lay the theory foundation for design of underground dump trucks. |
