| Abstract: |
| Based on the big difference in density between metals and nonmetals, the method of using varied diameter separation bed is proposed. The equipment and process with simplicity, low operation cost and good separation result are provided for the reutilization of the discarded PCBs. Study on the task of using varied diameter separation bed to separate the discarded PCBS has not begun at home and abroad, and the corresponding separation research is firstly made in the paper. This research indicates that the maximum recovery of the concentrate of metals is up to 92.07 % in the optimized schemes of recovery, the maximum grade of the concentrate of metals is up to 97.96 % in the optimized schemes of grade; the recovery of the concentrate of metals is about 85 % and the grade of the concentrate of metals is more than 92 % in the optimized schemes both of recovery and grade. |
