Abstract: |
Using the way of grey decision-making, the paper takes all kinds of factors into account in choosing the evaluation factors, involving of the new fixed investment, net present value, total cost. Combined with mine own characteristics, the numbers of service years and obtain employment are placed on evaluation indexes. It is not only considered the economic benefits of mine, but also has enough attention for social problems. In order to overcome the disadvantages of static index and enhance the scientific nature of scale-optimization, the paper chooses the dynamic index as evaluation factors, for instance the net present value. |
