Abstract: |
The roasting dust which produced from zinc concentrate roasting process, main contains zinc oxide, zinc ferrite, zinc sulfide, cadmium sulfide, lead sulfate etc. Secondary masting process which dealt with roasting dust has lots of problems such as environment pollution. In this paper, the flotation experiment study is adopted to dealing with the roasting dust for the first time. By investigating the effects of type and dosage of collector and frother, pH, flotation time. The results show that a good effect is obtained by adopting the flowsheet of multi-stage flotation roasting dust after washing, the sulfur content of tailing is less than 1.5 %, the goal of separation zinc sulphide from other zinc ores is achieved. |
