Abstract:
The sodium stannate from slag containing tin is prepared directly by the process including alkali fusion, leaching, purification, concentration and crystallization. The influence of the roasting temperature, the roasting time, the mass ratio of slag to NaOH and NaNO3, the ratio of liquid to solid and leaching time on the leaching rate of Sn are investigated mainly. The results show that the leaching rate of Sn is 93.70 %, the removal rates of Ph, Sb and As are 99.95 %, 95.37 % and 94.38 % respectively, the direct recovery rate of Sn is 86.03 %, and the product qualities accords with the demands of Sn - 40.
