| Test analysis and studies of green pellet cracking in chain grate and ring in rotary kiln are put forward in a chain grate-rotary kiln production line with oxidized pellet of 2 millions t/a.Proper wind velocity and temperature for drying of the green pellet in chain grate are acquired,as well as the temperature gradient parameters in chain grate and rotary kiln,on which the technical reform and parametric adjustment of the production line are carried out.The problems of green pellet cracking in chain grate ... |
