| A on-line mathematical model for tracing coil temperature of the bell-type furnace is established based on the two-dimensional,axisymmetric,transient heat conduction equation.The boundary conditions are specified by the online atmosphere gas temperature.The partial differential equation is discretized by Finite Volume Method(FVM).The strongly implicit procedure is employed to solve the resulting algebraic equations.The solution process of 46 annealing bases is completed within 20 secs.The buried thermocoupl... |
