| In this paper,the influence of zinc powder adding modes of batch and continuous on purifying operation is analyzed and demonstrated by production practice.Batch adding mode can cause pH vaule increasing in solution and Zn(OH)2 sedimentation can be formed to block replacement reaction,but the consumption of zinc powder by continuous adding mode is lower than by batch one.Under the same conditions and adding the same amount of zinc powder,the good results of removing the impurities can be obtained by continuo... |
