| Abstract: |
| Former grinding system is upgraded in order to lower plant gum energy cost.Friction cutting grinder is reserved,and the grinder is replaced by high speed circumrotating grinder,which form airflow desiccating grinding system with airflow desiccating equipment.The energy cost is reduced 30%,the disposal ability is raised from 15kg/h to 28kg/h.The industrial test is made throughout 2000h on grinding system,128t guar gum products of certification percent 98% are obtained. |
