| Strip vibration is a common phenomenon in the cooling process of continuous annealing line.A detailed full-scale experiment based on similarity analysis is conduct on strip vibration characteristics induced by the impact of multiply slot impinging gas jets.The vibration is recorded by dedicated laser displacement sensors.The estimation of main strip vibration frequencies indicates most of the spectral energy is distributed in the low frequency range between 0 and 8 Hz.The effects of roll pitches,exit jet ve... |
