| Abstract: |
| The design of the guar gum mixing equipment is introduced in this paper.The equipment can be used for mixing plant gum in food processing field,which avoids gum agglomeration and induces viscidity releasing rapidly and fully,the solution quality is steady,and also the using of it shortens the mixing process and lightens working intension. |
