| Abstract: |
| The Fe3O4 formation is unavoidable in copper pyro-metallurgy. The paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of methods about removing Fe3O4. On this basis we propose the new method which reduces Fe3O4 content through adding coal reductant and secondary copper-contained materials . The new method inherits the existing method’s advantages and improves effect of removing furnace accretion. |
