| Abstract: |
| Regarding to a high-iron copper ore, this paper investigates the property of run-of-mine ore, and based on the characteristic of raw ore, mineral process experimental study is implemented. Selective flotation and bulk flotation are introduced respectively. . The results of selective flotation are that concentrate with Cu grade of 22.21% and recovery of 95.47% are obtained. Two methods of Cu-S separation flotation and magnetic separation are tested in bulk flotation. The results of bulk flotation are concentrate with Cu grade of 23.56% and 22.87%, recovery of 97.62%and 97.34% respectively. The comparison of each experiment scheme is described and the optimal experiment scheme is determined, which is bulk floation with Cu-S magnetic separation . |
