| Abstract: |
| Zinc calcine is reduction roasted and then the reduced calcine is leached. The leaching temperature is 70~80℃, pH value is 2~3, and leaching time is 2h. The comparing experiments show that the best reduction temperature is 900℃ and roasting time is 60min, with pulverized coal proportion as 1:10. Under this condition, the zinc leaching rate can reach about 90% and the iron leaching rate can reach about 15%. The leaching slag is treated by magnetic separation, and iron concentrate is obtained. |
