| Abstract: |
| Configuration software has been applied widely in various industrial automatic control systems, and applied as HMI in flotation automatic control system as well. As flotation flow system often is composed of some similar work units, and control loops for the work units have many common characters. Using liquid level and aeration quantity in flotation as targets, a modular programming method for improving developing efficiency is proposed in the paper, and the development process of the modular program is briefly described as well. The practice shows, for the control units that will be used quite repeatedly, modular programming is extraordinarily effective to increase the efficiency in program development, improve the stability and maintainability of the program as well as decrease the debugging time. Modular programming also can be used in other similar conditions. |
