Abstract: |
Systematical process mineralogy research has been done to an Iron ore in Jilin province, which showsthat the main iron mineral in the ore is magnetite with relatively fine size dissemination that 26.77% distributed under 0.043mm. X-ray spectrum analysis shows that magnetite itself contains impurity of Mg、Al、Si、Ti and Mn. Based on the result of process mineralogy research, the paper proposes the process flowsheet of coarse grinding, weak magnetic seperation and discarding tailings, and , and then rough concentrate reginding and reconcentratiing. The proposed flowsheet can obtain more idea iron concentrate product, and reduce the mneral processing cost as well. |
