Abstract:
      The recoverable mineral is magnetite in a copper mine tailings, and main sulfide ore is pyrrhotite, pyrite and a small amount of chalcopyrite. In better separation conditions, by "flotation - magnetic separation combination process, 2 kinds of products can be obtained: one is iron concentrate with yield rate of 13.94%, and iron grade is 69.05%, containing sulfur 0.64%, recovery rate reaches 96.89%;the other is sulfur concentrate product with yield rate of 34.07%, and sulfur grade is 31.86%, recovery rate reaches 93.41%;,desulfurization rate is 99.23%, which achieves efficient separation of iron and sulfur and mineral resources are comprehensive recycled.
