Abstract: |
This paper studies the effects of additives amount, the ratio of ball and raw powder as well as milling rotating speed on the fineness, apparent density, appearance of bronze powder during high energy milling. The result shows that best product can be obtained under the condition of 1.5% additives, 10:1 ratio of ball and raw powder, and milling speed of 1000/800rpm after 150 min milling. And the fineness D50 and apparent density of the powder are 13.83μm, 1.24 g/cm3. |
