Abstract:
The granulated water quenching slag is treated by DC electric arc furnace. The effects of coke ore ratio, alkali ore ratio, reaction time and temperature to experimental results are studied. The optimal technological conditions are obtained as following: coke ore ratio 12.5%, alkali ore ration 30%, temperature 1350±30℃ and reaction time 3h. Under above conditions, the reduction rate of Fe is 86.04%. The comprehensive recovery of Fe from Tin smelting process is achieved.
