| Abstract: |
| ABSTACT:The Cu-Pb-Zn complex polymetallic ore is the experimental study object, raw ore contained Cu 0.49%,Pb3.75%,Zn6.03% and associated with 118.5% Ag.Based on process mineralogy study, the flotation low sheet, the type and dosage of collector is carried out, Final determined part mixing flotation process and the right flotation process TS43 mineral process reagents butyl xanthate ,etc are selected.Thereby the copper lead mined concentrate contained Cu 4.28%,the recovery reached 85.33%, contained Pb 33.41%,the recovery reached 87.03%, and contained Ag 979.44 g/t ,the recovery reached 80.75%, the zinc concentrate contained Zn 50.87%,the recovery reached 77.15%.The results of the study show that part mixing flotation process and collector of TS43and butyl xanthate can effectively used in Cu-Pb-Zn complex polymetallic ore. |
