Abstract:
      A new technology of microwave drying scheelite concentrate studied .The effect of drying temperature、drying time and materials mess on the relative dehydration rate of scheelite concentrate were investigated. On the basis of conditioning experiment, the response surface central composite design was adopted to optimize the microwave drying technology parameters of scheelite concentrate by taking the relative dehydration rate of scheelite concentrate as response value. The optimized technology parameters include the temperature 92℃,radiation time 174s, and materials mess 135g. The actual value close to predicted with high reliability. The results show that microwave drying method shortened the 97.5% drying time as the conventional drying, the response surface central composite design plays good optimization and predication roles. The technology of microwave drying scheelite concentrate used is feasible and reasonable, which can give a reference value to promotion of microwave drying process.
