Abstract:
In this study, the reflection coefficient of wet sodium chloride with moisture from 0 to 5% were measured using open-ended coaxial sensor reflection method, the influence of microwave frequency, water content and temperature on microwave absorbing ability and microwave drying technology of wet sodium chloride were studied. The results showed that: the microwave frequency between 2.3~2.6GHz almost had no effect on the microwave absorption property, the increase of water content in the sample made a increase in the microwave absorption property, and the microwave absorption property of the sample had a linear relationship with water content, temperature increase leaded to a significant increase in microwave absorption property of wet sodium chloride. Microwave drying technology of sodium chloride was studied and the microwave drying technology parameters for sodium chloride were as follows: drying temperature was 60 ~70℃,drying time was70~90s, and sample thickness was35mm~45mm。
