Abstract:
Low grade oxidized zinc ores from Lanping are fragile, containing large amount of fine slime and alkalescency gangues such as CaO and MgO. The paper adopts sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as depressants and dispersing agents, and uses new collector HHA, further adopts predeslime-sulphidation-amine flotation open-circuit flowsheet, the concentrate with following indexes is obtained: zinc grade of final concentrate 34.08% and zinc recovery rate 65.29%.
