| Based on current security situation and accident statistics analysis in recent years of Tailing Ponds in Chengde City, this paper points out the problems in the following aspects such as design, construction, operation and management of the tailing ponds, proposes the effective countermeasures from the aspects of safety technology and management , which is of prevailing guidance significance in ensuring safe operation of tailing ponds. |
