| Abstract: |
| The phosphorus and iron are mutual influenced and very fine disseminated in the original iron concentrate with iron grade of about 58% and phosphorus content of 0.48%, which belongs to high phosphorus ore. During steel making procedure, the phosphorus enhances the strength and hardness of the steel thus reduce the plastic property, which will lead to easily broken during cold processing, which is so-called “cold brittle”. According to the properties of the ore, This paper adopts the combined process of regrinding-magnetic separation-reverse flotation, and the concentrate with grade of 64.49% and recovery of 90.19% with 0.14% phosphorus content is obtained. |
