| Abstract: |
| Accroding to the pyrolysis experimental study of Zhaotong Lignite, the effecting regulation between temperature increasing rate to lignite pyrolysis gas composition, gas heating value and yield of gas is obtained. The results show that: CO2 content of gas reduces dramatically with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature , and content of CO and H2 increasing gradually, the content of CH4 decreasing after increasing for a while, and the gas heating value and the gas yield increasing accordingly. At the same temperature, with the rise of temperature increasing, the contents of CO2 and CH4 reducegradually, ;content of CO increases , and Gas heating value and yield of gas increase as well , and there is no big influence to the content of H2 In the test the process conditions of the maximum heating value obtained is as following: pyrolysis temperature 650℃, temperature increasing rate15℃/min and the low heating value is 9.27MJ/m3. |
