| Abstract: |
| This paper develops a new type of Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The electrode uses arge diameter material urea-formaldehyde resin as a block which separates reference solution with slurry, and adds KBr powder to protect reference solution. It solves the problem that the poor mineral processing slurry environment shortens the electrode life, which has been proved by industrial appliation in mining process plant. Besides, in order to ensure the quality of electrode, an electrolysis monitoring apparatus is designed to detect the voltage and current while electrolyzing, which is easily able to pick out bad oxygenized electrodes. The apparatus dramatically enhances the reliability and stability of the electrode. |
